Unrequestd bar measures
1 Attachment(s)
Sherry, I followed your advice and searched under "repeats" my question about where and how to place them. Everything went well with the exception that in doing so, I got an unsolicited, unrequested 4/4 and 2/4 in bars 6 and 7 of the transcription. I don't know how they came about or how to get rid of them. If I do then the rest of the transcription unravels! Help! Juan

Re: Unrequestd bar measures
Hi Juan,
If the bar lines are "extra", you can just click on the barline to highlight it, then delete it using the Delete key on your keyboard. If you need to shift any barlines around (eg. if the barlines are not properly at beat one, but are rather at beat 2 or somewhere else), then you can shift the barlines. Please see Help/Users Guide, and use the Index to look up "barline". You'll see a number of subtopics that can help you out with editing barlines. ttfn, Sherry |
