Is this what you're trying to do?
Kyrie Eleison (O'Riada)-sac2.not
If so,
1. Use Staff/Setup
2. Select the staff you want to move
3. Use the "Move up" or "Move down" button to put the staff in the position you want.
4. Click "Ok".
We'll be working to make that maneuver easier to do right from the score in the next major release.
