As far as I know Notation Software actually does not support guitar tabs or other special guitar things like guitar staffs.
Other than that Notation should display score and lyrics.
Musician is limited in some editing but it should be able to add lyrics and format score for printing.
If you want to edit notes or midi performance details you need to upgrade to Composer.
