As of Feb. 25th, 2022 our new Help Desk setup is online.
The new Help Desk setup is hosted on our server. We discontinue using the service from Kayako which we have used for many years. As part of the new setup and the transition from Kayako, we have reviewed and updated all articles. The new setup gives us more flexibility where we can faster address important tasks. In addition we obtain some cost savings in the future.
The new Help Desk setup can be reached on our website through
Support / Help Desk or from the product suite via the Help menu.
