Default We'll Sing in the Sunshine Duet

"We'll Sing in the Sunshine" was written by Gale Garnett in 1963, and she made a popular recording of the song.

This song is notated as Pop Swing. I have adjusted the attack and duration of the eighth notes to approximate this feel.

In measures 8 and 9, the Alto part should play the lower voice background figure the first time through only and play the whole note the next pass through measure 8. At the end of the piece, I do a D. C. to replay measures 1 through 8 to the 2x Fine.

This is a very wordy song (4 verses), but I only repeat the verse section twice. If you are playing along with someone who wants to sing all the verses, you will need to accommodate the repeats and endings.

If you would like to see the lyrics or the chords, you can use Composer commands to display them: for lyrics use qsl; for chords use qscn.
