Hi,

To display note names in multiple staves, and keep the key signature, you can use Format/Display pitch names in noteheads. You'll also have the option to show (or not) accidentals in parentheses that are not normally displayed (eg. to have all the "b" signs for Bbs in the key of F shown in parentheses as an aid in learning the notes for that key).

There's an explanatory section in the Users Guide (Help/Users Guide) that tells how to do this type of Pitch Names in Noteheads as well as the Easy Notes Part. You can use the Index to look up "easy notes".
