Thumbs up How to remove old directory entries from Composer playlist

I had a problem removing old directory entries from Composer Playlist dialog box. The directories I want to remove were old ones that no longer are used and have no list names in them. Its very troublesome to keep selecting or clicking the drop-down box only to find there is no list available, which were thought to be already delected.

I discovered how to remove the entries in the playlist. It requires running regedit to edit windows registry. This is done by going to Start, Run and typing "regedit". Once in the registry navigate to " \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Notation\Composer\Play ListFoldereMRU" . Delete all Key entries showing playlist(s) not wanted. Exit registry and start Notation Composer. All unwanted entries are no longer visible. Composer program is defaulted to keep the "Most Recently Used (MRU)" playlists.

The registry key " \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Notation\Composer\Rece nt File List also lists notation files recently play and they can be deleted individually also. There are other composer parameters listed too, check it out. If you're not used to or not experienced working with the registry this should be left to a friend or PC Tech/Sys Admin. It works !!!
