Many thanks for your reply I am using a KORG nanoKEY2 which is a two octave small board which I use beside my PC purely for recording melody. One thing that I am sure you have picked up from my mail is that I have no problem whatsoever recording Step Time where the notes go exactly to the measure they are selected to go to. Shoud this not rule out a problem in this area ? Kind regards Toni
