Thanks for checking this over. I see what you mean, the Arrows don't show up in a print and I hadn't tried to print as I didn't want to waste paper .... ... because if you go to "Print Preview" the dialog tells you that this is the same as "Page View" and the Arrows do show in Page View. So my operational problem is not in fact an issue - but my logical confusion remains because "Print Preview" is not a true prevew of what will be printed! Best wishes Tim
