Hi, I solved the adjustment of the lyrics to the notes. After a period of mounting frustration I decided to try "L" instead of "F". Sure enough, Lyrics adjust the lyrics to the notes the same way you fix tabs in a wordprocessor. So, although the Freely mode is easier, if you want the lyrics to conform to your notes, the "L" option is the way to go
