Sound problem after attempting to transpose
I was transcribing an original composition. After I had finished about 12 bars of it, I attempted to transpose to a lower key. Well, I did not like what I heard so I figured I would bring it back to the original key. The problem: After this attempt, when I played the segment directly on my keyboard (Yamaha DGX-640) it sounds fine! However when I try to place the identical segment already written through Music Composer, the B natural key above the Middle C sounds like B flat!! Anyone care to make a suggestion? All other keys sound fine whether playing them directly on the keyboard or making up a melody in Music Composer.
I unplugged the keyboard for about three hours to see if there was something in its memory that would reset, but no such luck!!!! Help!!!! |
