Default Key Change Won't Transpose Key Signature

This incomplete duet has a key change at measure 47 that looks okay in concert, but when transposed (qsik command) the Alto part stays in Fm (4 flats) instead of transposing to Cm (3 flats).

Sorry, with the Holidays, I'm still on 3.0.6-136, but I did try it with the latest public release.
