Default Tempo Markings

On rare occasions, I will write something that is in fast 3/4 time. When you select the Tempo icon, the Select Symbol Pallet pops up and there is no dotted quarter note in the pallet.

In my recent posting of "Edelweiss", I used the half-note symbol and added the dot in free form text to make it a dotted half. So, obviously there is an easy workaround - but it would be nice to have.

Are you referring to the Text/Symbols -> Select Symbol grid? (and I think you meant "no dotted half note")

You are correct that there is currently no dotted half-note. I've put it on the "wish list"

Sherry
