Midi device setup problem

Hi everybody!
I think I have made some mistakes and now I am not able to see anymore the instruments names I had previously uploaded with the proper .ins file of my MIDI device (Korg Pa800). When I try to upload again the .ins file I get an error message telling that this is already present and I should change the device name. But this is not sufficient. I wonder if it could be possible to RESET these data and be able to re-upload the .ins file.
