Default Howdy David, Yes, you'v

Howdy David,

Yes, you've made an excellent point. I always try to remember to do that when I'm working on a file in a beta version so I'll at least have something to go back to if I need music right away. However, as you also point out, there is potentially a lot of information that can get lost if you can't open and work on the .not file. It's not such a big deal if you're using the program mostly as a sequencer (ie, for performance of music), as all the midi info will remain in the .mid file. But, if you're using a lot of the cool notation features to work up really nice sheet music, then you won't have all that in the .mid file.

ttfn,
Sherry
