I received my documentation to

I received my documentation to re-load Composer 1.1.( Now using .09)
I downloaded to Composer folder in my pc and it said I already had a version there. Then a choice of overwriting or erasing old version snd installing new ver to save old work. I canc setup.

Do I install to different location ,or uninstall .09 and reinstall ?
