Notation Composer and Musician version 25 major release

Hi Mark,

Just a couple of things. One of them, implemented in earlier versions, was the ability to hold the mouse pointer over notes as the file played and see the note velocities. That is still missing in the current version.

In one version, quite far back I think, starting playback deep into a large file required a wait of several seconds for the sound to start. That seems to be back in this version.

Overall, it's working very nicely, though.
