Default Hi Reg,

Hi Reg,

<!-quote-!>quote:

I have spent far too many hours debating the proper use of words such as Problem, Bug, Issue, Complaint, Incident, Fault, Error, Failure, etc - all in order to not offend customers, OEMs, suppliers, service/support folk, developers... Mark seems to accept "Bug", "Possible Bug", "Potential Bug" - from ME anyway (-: <!-/quote-!>

A rose by any other name smells as sweet. A bug by any other name smells as bad.

I'll seriously considering migrating my in-house bug and task database to one that is publicly accessible, except for a few competitively sensitive future planned features. There are several bug tracking tools out there, one of which would probably do the job just fine for us.

However, for now, I'm in crunch mode to get the long overdue 2.0 released!

Cheers
-- Mark
